Medical Insurances

We accept the following medical insurances: Medicare, MCS Comercial, MCS Classicare/Advantage, MMM Vital, MMM Advantage, MMM Comercial, Triple-S Comercial, Triple-S Advantage, Triple-S Vital, First Medical Comercial, First Medical Vital, Humana Comercial, Humana Advantage.

Private appointments cost $120 initial and $85 follow-up.

All patients will NEED to bring the REFERRAL on the day of the appointment.

Endocrinology Clinics: Appointment Cancellations

Patients who cannot attend their appointment must cancel 48 hours in advance. If your appointment falls on a Monday, you must cancel on Friday.

Patients who failed to cancel their appointments 48 hours in advance, will have a penalty fee of $20.

Patients who are absent a maximum of three (3) times without notifying them, will not be granted any more appointments at our clinics.

Aesthetic Medical Treatments: Evaluation and Appointment Cancellations

-Aesthetic treatments are NOT covered by healthcare.

-To determine costs and number of sessions, an initial evaluation appointment must be coordinated.

-The initial evaluation has a cost of $100.00; To reserve your space, a deposit of $80.00 is required.

-If the patient chooses a treatment on the same day of the appointment, this deposit will be deducted from the total payable. If the patient does NOT choose treatment on the day of the appointment, the deposit will not be refundable.

-The patient must cancel 48 hours in advance otherwise the deposit will NOT be refundable (can be via email, call or WhatsApp Business; social networks are not acceptable means).
